and superb optics while incorporating a solid state detector
to improve productivity with reduced analysis times.
Simultaneous SimShot analysis is achieved through acquisition of *Wavelength Analytical Views (WAV) offering access to any analytical wavelength from 160 to 800 nm. A WAV is an analysis window and can contain multiple lines for multiple elements with the background analyzed simultaneously. WAV-Builder uses acquisition modes in powerful ACTIVAnalyst software to tailor the analysis for resolution and speed. Multi-WAV acquisition mode uses multiple WAVs to construct the sample fingerprint for 75 elements in as little as 30 seconds.
ACTIVA provides a unique quick-release torch design and spacious sample compartment. The fully demountable, pre-aligned torch features today's largest 3-mm injector tube as well as the sheath gas device enhancing stability and performance for dissolved solids and reduction of matrix interferences. A wide variety of accessories, spray chambers, nebulizers and sample introduction cassettes are available for the analysis of all sample types. Fully automatic, unattended analysis with user defined plasma start-up and shut-down is possible using ICP AnalystT software and the new AS-500 autosampler.
