Model 1000M Research Spectrometer
1000MThe 1000M offers the highest resolution available from a 1.0 metre spectrometer, yet has the same rugged quality and all the automated features of the other M series spectrometers. Its applications include semiconductor research and high resolution spectroscopy such as laser-induced fluorescence. A 1000M with dual entrance and exit ports provides the flexibility to set-up two experiments simultaneously. The optional SynerJY Software allows you to easily select the experiment, and simplifies data reduction. For example you could set-up room temperature and cryogenic photoluminescence experiments simultaneously as well as two detectors to maximize sensitivity in the 800-900 nm and 1000-1500 nm regions.
