FSM Raman Microscope
The
FSM microscope system for the LabRAM series of Raman
microscopes offers a new level in sampling flexibility
for the Raman microscope.
Replacing the standard upright microscope the FSM option provides a unique level of access to samples. The bottom frame is remove-able so that it offers a large free space beneath the microscope objective turret. Large cryostats, (eg. Helium cryostats), sample environment equipment (diamond anvil cells) and similar such devices can be accommodated with this microscope. Since focusing is achieved by adjusting the height of the microscope objective instead of the sample, the instrument offers far higher stability and isolation from stage vibration and a greater working distance.

The microscope offers all of the functions of the standard microscope: TRUE Confocal Operation, white light illumination, optional accessories such as XYZ motorized stages, autofocus options, and long working distance objectives and is delivered with a standard XY manual mechanical stage, a white light illumination system, a revolver equipped for achromatic objectives (eg. 10x ,50x LWD, 100x , macro lens etc). |
